City Kitchens - Great kitchen products. Prices are reasonable for what they stock (no junk). Good sales on knives

Uwajimaya - Fabulous Asian grocery store, with a good fish counter, and lots of exotic ingredients

Epicurean Edge - A knive store to end all others. Great selection, really knowledgeable owner

North Bend Outlet Mall - What? Yes, seriously, the couple of kitchen stores here often have amazing sales on top brand knives
