A good question! A quirky English bloke with a ridiculously big passion for good clean food. That would be the best description I can think of! I have been a home cook for years, and have always focused on finding the best local ingredients possible.

My love of cooking food has really led me onto photographing it. I wanted a way to document what I cooked, and just got into the game of food photography. Photography has always been a big passion, and so too has food - so it made sense to combine both!

So there we are. A little snippet about me. Oh, and I don't like baking much, but I do love cake. Talk about a dilemma.
